Recovery

Today I ran my first post-HM recovery run – 2.62 miles using the Galloway method, 3 min run/1 min walk. It felt good! No knee pain and very little soreness.

Is it a coincidence that I ran 2.62 miles, or a sign??? Hmmm… only The Shadow knows. LOL

Half Marathon #7 is on tap – Windsor Green! My friend J, who ran Oakland with me, will be joining me for this excursion. It should be a blast. đŸ™‚ Road trip, race, and wine country??? Sold!

  1. I’m learning that it’s better to incorporate walks when you have knee problems.
