Month in Review: July 2010

WOW! What an awesome month for running. πŸ™‚

Total miles: 72.45 (a new record!)

Number of races: 4
Triathlon: 1
10K: 2
Half Marathon: 1

Cycling: Roughly 30 miles, or 2 hours total

Swims: only one, at the triathlon

Strength workouts: 2 (this is going to change in August)

All in all, I am very happy with my results this month. It’s a new running distance PR! I will definitely make my goal of 750 miles this year if I keep up with this pace. My mileage is going to start increasing significantly from now until marathon day. Starting next week, there are no long runs in single digits until the week before race day – 17 weeks of double-digit long running!

Marathon day is 18 weeks from today. It’s time to GET SERIOUS!!! πŸ™‚ My fundraising link is LIVE:
